Hi Thor! Great topic! Thank you for opening up the dialogue. This year has been a tough year for me with the bad economy and the ongoing threat of layoffs. It has also been very eye opening to finally come to the realization that my on and off love affair with luxury fashion has come to an end. I parted with everything and I just have a mini antigona that I use every weekend. I am planning to get a Burberry crossbody bag in the future and that will be it. Like you, I use my Lululemon belt bag daily and I absolutely love the look of it and the functionality. I have gotten tons of compliments on my Lululemon belt bag and a cashier at the food court recently told me she has been planning to get one and she has been noticing everyone has one nowadays. The never ending price increases, safety issues, and decline in customer service have made me lose interest. I still admire the look of these beautiful items but I don't need to own....I can just admire them from afar. That being said, if I won the lotto, I would get the small antigona in a dark brown color and the Chloe marcie in a dark brown suede. I have been obsessed with suede bags and I fell in love with the suede Chloe marcie but suede just isn't practical for my lifestyle. I love crossbody bags too but I do love a satchel with the option of using it as a crossbody.....like the mini antigona.
Thank you for watching and your comment xx honestly yeah if the lottery came my way I would act similarly haha but its good to know what works for you and your life and to actually live into reality as opposed to our fantasies about items! Glad we've been on this journey together x
what a refreshing approach. I loved your video. I am currently struggling with that you described in the beginning; I buy anything my heart desires. I think a lot of it has to do with growing up in financial difficulty. How did you manage to overcome this?
@skevi1875 Thank you for watching! I’ve made a few videos on this but essentially I sold a lot of what I bought and was left feeling freer as I got rid of the products that I felt I needed! But I do regret some of the sales I did! But removing temptation is the best case
totally agree about top handle bags with cross body straps
Right?! Something just seems off!
