Can you help? I have a Quantum Rival 3MP-SS. And getting the error message #107 Charger Drive Inhibit. A Pride customer service person was able to give a bit of info on to address it: "IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE THAT CAN REMOVE THE BOTTOM SHROUD IN THE BACK THERE IS A HARNESS THAT HAS A ROUND PLUG AT THE END IT SHOULD HAVE A LITTLE ROUND DEAD END CAP ON THE END. YOU CAN CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT IS NOT LOOSE. SOMETIMES THAT THING POPS OFF AND YOU JUST HAVE TO PUT IT BACK ON AND YOU ARE GOOD/" I do have someone and I'm trying to figure out where some of this is on the chair and what tools I may need. I've never done a repair before, but would like to address this before the chair just stops working on me. Thanks.

I would like to really know something this guy said it is for and I quote the rival quantum wheelchair would be for the active person how is that and I have a quantum rival power chair just like that and my quantum rival chair has been worked on so many times because I am very active I've had 8 to 10 motors replace on that chair and I had so many batteries put in that wheelchair and I had so many controllers put on that chair the batteries for that chair does not last that long because from my house downtown and back again I will lose power on that chair as in the batteries will go down fast and I'm always getting that to replace as in new parts and when you are going on rocks and they do not do good because once it gets on rocks and it get to the point where it's too many it will dig into the dirt and it's hard to get out of that spot because it does not have the power that a boundary wheelchair has or a quickie P22 has I have gotten stuck so many times where I had to have somebody get me out as in the fire department all the time where with the boundered or the quickie P22 they had the power where it will actually pop a wheelie and it will get itself over things where the quantum rival does not do that because I have a little walkway that I come up to to get to my house and from the beginning of me getting into the house I have to back up a little bit and sometimes with the quantum rival if I get into the dirt it's sometimes sort of hard to get over that bump where the quickie P22 it'll pop a wheelie in it a go over it real easy because it has the power that the rival does not have so what I'm confused on is when he said the quantum rival is for active people you cannot even pop a woolly in that to get over like bumps or anything like that and if it's like a little bit of a step you cannot get over that because it is so difficult where you have to actually pull the joystick backwards and you have to go forward and try to go fast to go over it we're with the P22 you can just go up on it and it'll probably or the boundary chair would do the same thing because that's for active people my opinion the quantum rival would be for a person that's in the nursing home that don't really go fast all the time because with me I always go fast completely all the time and with the P22 or the bounded they don't really have to replace the motors as much as they would have to replace on the quantum rival and one thing is with the bounded they don't have a motor gearbox that always go out because I always needed my motor gearbox fix and the thing that the motors sit on I have to have those fixed quite a few times as well because I am a heavy user and outgoing
