Pepi couldn't buy respect from these pundits if he wrote them a million dollar check. He certainly can't do it with his performances.

Was looking forward to a Pepi moment in the sun tonight, alas he was sent back to his club. Excited to see what he can do next 6 months.. Thanks for tuning in..

Hey Max, I agree with most of your lineup however, I would not even put Zendejas in because he did mention that he would much rather play for Mexico than the United States that is enough for me to make him never play on our team again

Fair enough, but he is here and I am sure not just to make up the numbers.. He looked ok in his cameo Vs Panama

I feel like this is the least anticipated match with Mexico in years.
Maybe it’s because we are right in the middle of college & NFL football season, plus the MLB championship series each have a New York team and the National League also has THE LA team (sorry Angels, you are in Anaheim)…
…or maybe because most of the World Cup starters aren’t here in addition to this match being a friendly (meaning no trophy on the line)…
…or maybe it’s because few people even can name a Mexican player anymore, but this has the vibe of a Raiders vs Cowboys training camp scrimmage on a hot day in Oxnard in early August.
I’ll make sure that I record the match, but I’m not going to arrange my evening to make sure that I see it live.

You shoudn't stop what you are doing to watch this game live.,. You are right, its a legit stinker. It's main redeeming quality about it is that Pochettino is on the sideline. Without that its a real rascal.

@@cubanhammer- I missed the first half and fell asleep a time or two during the second half.
It was what I thought that it would be.

Given that we'll be fielding roughly a B team, there's not much to watch in this match other than Pochettino's experimentation w/ players at different positions. Should be fun

😳🤔, With more injuries in the United States Team, I know Pochettino will still bring the hunger of the lions 🦁 out of the United States team against Mexico

With this lineup I don’t think we have a legit chance to beat Mexico in an away game. I just don’t see us scoring more than a goal. I’m going to say 2-1 Mexico but if the US win, it would be amazing!! 🇺🇸

I would tend to agree with you. Mexico will play their best team and really need this result to build morale and interest again. If we do win though...

You guys may be missing some players but don't you all still have more European based players then us? Also why isn't Poch taking this serious enough to keep his best players that he sent home? Unless he thinks Mexico is going to be that easy enough after the Valencia game?

@@BeHumbleAndLessArrogantthe only player that could stay was Pulisic. The rest of the players were injured. Pulisic was also feeling all of the games that he has played

@@noting7678 Then why didn't Poch save them for the Mexico game instead of the Panama? He has to win or at least tie to get away with these questionable decisions.

@@cubanhammer I’ll be watching and hoping for a good result. Most importantly, this is about a few players the Poch can lock in on and gain confidence in. A win would be phenomenal but I’m more interested in a few individual standouts for this friendly.
