Très belle compétition
C'était une belle compétition. Malheureusement il n'est plus là
C'était une vraie compétition.
Aussi dure que le championnat.
Là où le championnat sanctionnait la régularité pendant toute la saison, pour la coupe il fallait être bon au moment de la rencontre sur un seul match.
À mon humble avis cette compétition était au moins au relevée que la Coupe des clubs Champions.

If a club does not become a league champion but wins such as the FA Cup in England, Copa Del Rey in Spain, DFB Pokal in Germany, Coppa Italia in Italy and other domestic championships in other parts of Europe, each country can send its club to the Cup Winners Cup competition. UEFA has stopped this to honor the teams that only have the best positions in their respective leagues into the Europa League and Conference League slots in addition to the Champions League
It was a very good tournament...
I'm not sure that's entirely true. In the old European Cup the title winners were the only team that went into the EC. 2nd, 3rd and 4th qualified for the Uefa Cup. The FA Cup winners qualified for the ECWC, but if they finished the league season in the top 4 they qualified for one of the other tournaments and the Cup runners up would be entered into ECWC. As for the europa league I've no idea.

Yes it was competition of all the league cup winners, nice tournament
As far as I know, UEFA stopped this tournament because they say they merged the tournament with the Europa League (at that time the UEFA Cup)
