Hahaha What the f#$*** mess are you doing to remove that screen, I put a transparent tape on it to prevent the broken glass from flying, and remove it completely with more care and yes, with more safety since it Jajaja ¿Qué p#$*** desmadre haces para quitar esa pantalla, yo le pongo una cinta transparente para evitar salten los vidrios rotos, y sacarla completa con más cuidado y sí, con más seguridad ya que ésos vidrios saltan y te pueden caer en los ojos ....
T7000 and B7000 are freaking awesome adhesives! I use them mostly for quadcopter builds but they are great for many applications. B7000 is just the clear version of T7000, btw.

As im sitting here doing this this screwdriver isnt picking up 4 of the screws and it keeps spinning and not catching this is so tedious.

very hard to install just the glass on the screen. its easier to just replace both
and most people dont have to tools to do so at home
just use a screen protector over it you wont feel the cracks but you will still see them obv

look for something called t-7000 cell phone adhesive
