why do people blame life? it's people in the world who make games and share their money amongst each other. If you happen to play a worldy game which involves chance, then you might win. The reason casinos have money is cuz people give it too them for ridiculous odds.

Because they don't waste the small amount of money that they have on lottery tickets. Any poor person buying lottery tickets is just burning their money. Rich people have more money, to gamble, to buy stocks, to buy lottery tickets, or any business deal, therefore they have much too lose or much to gain.

She has been proven correct 3 times when my uncle(not "really" rich, but doing much better than the others in the family) won the lottery for 5.000 euros each time.
I know it's all about luck and I don't actually believe that people with money "attract" more money than others. I just find it amusing that when my sister's saying comes true. She also never forgets to say "told you so". :)
Use money to attract money. People with more just have more chances/risk to take. The ones that are strap for cash can't afford the risk. So only take enough.

Kept most of it while still gambling. Whatever I lost I won a couple months later. Bought a used car, computer, and some other toys with the winnings. Since then I rarely gamble. After living in a gambling state for several years I got tire of it. It's better to just buy some car parts I need when I have the cash. Instead of thinking. "Gee I could have bought this, or that.
