I have been a UB40 fan since Signing off used to drink in Billy's bar in Digbeth also their old local { Brian Travers the legend and real nice guy RIP} Went to so many gigs had all the albums on Vinyl! So I was very critical at first when Matt Doyle became the lead singer being so young but yes it works he is a great addition to the Band and as for Gilly Brilliant .{ RIP Astro } Cant wait to see them play again in November at resorts world Birmingham .

This should be interesting, Matt's a great singer I've never doubted the obvious & those who reckon that he's miming have got to be nuts! I seriously didn't believe in this rumour until I read about it?! Again Nuts! One thing that you can't take away from UB40 is that they've been a consistently excellent band live, from way back in the early days right through & still up until today they're just an amazing live band! They're easily one of (if not?) the best live performers around. ✌️
