Love applejack with all my heart, but one of the reasons she could be not as popular (especially with human designs/the equestria girls) is because she ain't got no meat on her bones. Mainly because its not entirely believable for a skinny little thing to be working as much as she does without gaining some muscle mass.
I love Applejack her and Pinkie are easily my favorites of the mane6 ,i think the reason she's not as popular is that she's the most level headed and mature personality-wise ,also the others got these crazy and magical sides to them etc but she's just a dependable and hardworking earth pony. And some people don't vibe with the southern accent maybe. Also good job ,I love your creativity with the redesigns.
I luv the art! Just one anatomy thing erked me. Pinkie is chubby, chubby ppl have chubby arms. The Barbie doll arms on a big girl looks off. This isn’t meant to be hate and I understand unwanted criticism is annoying but I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t say something. It was so fixed with the sleeves but the sketch was a lil wild

I can totally see her being irritated with her long hair because it gets hot in the summer, it falls in her face all the time and its sometimes a risk if she doesnt pin it up on the farm(horses biting, getting caught in stuff, welding risk bwcause i totally think she did a lot of labor work before she went to college) but she keeps it long because sweetie belle likes to play with it. They bond when they braid each others hair. Ugh i just fell in love with her purely from my own delusions 😭
