"Two+ Minutes with an ARTeater" Meet Alonso Melgoza

Alonso is a third year transfer student pursuing a B.A. in drama. Prior to attending UCI, they studied Music and classical voice at Diablo Valley College. Some of their favorite previous credits include “Head Over Heels” (Musidorus), “The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time” (Ed Boone), and “Much Ado About Nothing” (Don Pedro). During their time here at UCI, Alonso has become a member of various groups like Ballet Folklorico and Brown Bag Theatre Company. In their free time, Alonso enjoys thrifting for clothes, playing guitar, and writing music. Come see Alonso Melgoza play Mac in “The Sweetheart Deal” running April 29th-May 7th!
