Just a quick tip. I have folks bringing these to me left and right, or tossing them. Saying they just stop all together. Every single time, its just been the door switch. They have to be sitting fairly level for the door switch to push in. Or it wont operate at all.
I got a primo bottom loader for the hardware store a few years ago. As an alternative to the old water fountain. It's much cleaner and the water is better. Everyone loves the hot water dispenser for coffee. Just picked up a Brio for myself. I'm from SC and can't get used to how awful the water tastes in west TX. After seeing what it does to fountains, coffee makers, faucets, etc. I won't drink it anymore. These machines are definitely the way to go!!

Does the hose contract if you are using a 3 gallon jug?

Yes, still awesome! I haven't had any issues. I'm going through about a 5 gallon jug per week at least. Hope you love yours too!
