Eu acho esses treinamentos super injustos pois flexibilidade vem de tempo e não desse jeito forçado pois podem quebrar a perna de uma das meninas,eu faço exercícios de flexibilidade que eu respeito o meu limite e acho que vcs tbm deviam fazer isso com elas

If u wanna be flexible first u have to do a warm up and force ur legs to do these poses it works for Me i can almost do the splits
