i'm not/have not been anorexic myself, but my boyfriend's working through recovery himself right now, so i watch to make sure i'm helping in the right ways. i'm so proud of him, though
@@estherisnotcool but it goes against her whole stance on ed recovery :( we would’ve clicked on the video regardless, there was no need to share ‘sick’ bodies for comparison
That’s a tiny part of an amazing video. I appreciate it because it shows how when she followed one of the many dangerous beauty standards into an ED she was horribly unhappy, and then compares it to a healthy body and happy person. I think she’s being brave by showing that being that thin is (most of the time, depending on the person) not healthy or normal, unlike what we are led to believe as women.
This is so so helpful, I’m currently at a ‘healthy weight’ after gaining but still don’t have a period and feel a lot of guilt eating. Hearing your experience in recovery is so inspiring and helpful, As always, great video Millie 💕🫶🏻
im in recovery now but i am just at a stuck point and my therapist is encouraging me to choose to recover or to come back when i feel ready. But I feel like I will never be ready for it. Also thankyou for your videos ❤
I’m so dang proud of you girl. I am a 37 year old doctor of Physical Therapy and you have crushed this! You are inspiring others and even though I’m a stranger to you I love you already and am grateful and amazed by your strength!
Thank you for making this video love! It’s so important to spread awareness on this topic for individuals with eating disorders and also to their loved ones❤
millie, it wasn’t fair for you to add a photo of your sick body to the thumbnail, where everybody can see. it’s wrong and honestly hypocritical since you’ve always been against them.

Aww❤
You are doing amazing sweetie 🥰
You know it's gonna be a good day when Millie posts!🥰💖
Been here since the beginning and your account has been such a big help in my own journey with (recovering from) anorexia!! I am so proud of you
I’m so surprised you included a before and after in the thumbnail :(
she’s just showing how she looks happier and healthier
right
the body is in the picture, if she was happier it would be a facial thing not a body thing

You help and inspire me sooo much ❤
Love your videos millie 😊😊😊
Thank you for your words🫶🏻
the thumbnail of this video (before & after pic + detailing how much weight u gained) is extremely unhelpful millie, please change it.
how? i think she’s just showing how much healthier and all the positive changes that come with recovery
exactly! I’m actually so disappointed in her I thought she was better than this
just came here to say the same thing - thank you 🫶
@@gracie1x it promotes competition and comparison. the potential negative effects outweigh any possible positives.
@@hazel6309 thankyou for letting me know i guess we all take things differently:)
Vid suggestion - atypical anorexia - more on your experience with this or anything related to this
she had atypical ana?
@@vanesaalvarez1922 she struggled with it too, she has videos on it
why did you add numbers and a sick body check to the thumbnail?
ikr. so disappointing to see as she's someone i really look up to
