Pastor Duncan Williams is in error because the old testament is not a book. So to say the five books of Moses is the old testament is an error. But it is an arrangement that binds two parties with each part doing something in the pact that binds them together. Ex 19:5 God gave Israelites laws that involves tithes in the old testament. Gentiles like us were not part of the pact. Psalm 147:19-20 Tithes became a law in the old testament but not in the new testament. We don't us MONEY to pay tithes in the bible.
