A lot of innocent people will be scooped up, but you know what? I don't care. The same part of nearly every large city is so violent that stores and businesses can't exist. If a place can't even have stores, put armed cops on every block, and let them do whatever it takes to restore order. If you can't safely walk to a store to get milk, you're a prisoner already.
