absolutely true about the lows during the comedown being way worse than the highs. i remember the very first time i ever tried xanax i woke up crying depressed and feinding for another xan. they just make you completely forget about anything you have bad going on and you always wanna feel that way because its so much easier
Your videos are great man, keep making them. If you wanted to I'm sure people would want to hear more (or, at least, I would) about the content of the experiences that you had either in your psychedelic experiences or your psychotic episodes. It's these experiences which most people don't understand and want to hear about.
@@CharqyBaby Thanks for watching. Unfortunately often times people are afraid of hearing about psychosis because they don’t understand it, so it’s good you have the interest. It can be hard to explain to someone who hasn’t experienced it, due the severity of the delusions and loss with reality.
@catvlyst I think that's where you can really add value man! Because you've came through that to the otherside. I'd be really interested in hearing about what happened when you were "in there" (in the psychosis) and what the process was like in being able to pull yourself through it
Thank you for sharing your story. It's really helped me reflect on my own experiences. I think I've been on a similar slippery slope. I loved using psychedelics since I was 17 and have tried LSD, DMT, shrooms, and even bought MDMA once. I started abusing them, using them multiple times a month until I had a really bad experience and stopped for a few years. Now, at 26 years old, I've slowly welcomed those experiences back into my life. Recently, I've had two shrooms trips and bought myself a live resin THC pen. I'm afraid of abuse because I think I'm predisposed to it. The other day, I tried to buy some cocaine, even though I've never tried it and don't know why I was curious. I'm scared because I think I like being in altered states a bit too much. What's your advice? Should I stop completely?
Thanks, I’m glad you got something out of the video. I don’t know you personally so I can’t say for certain what you should or shouldn’t do, but I will say that recovering from drug binges gets a lot harder when you get older. I’m 29, and my last bad binge was a few months ago. It has taken a while to get back on track from that. When you’re in your early twenties it’s easier to abuse your brain and bounce back. After 30, it’s more detrimental.
noooo... say it isn't so. a part 3? i broke my caps lock on part 2. this is an entirely deeper level of pathetic. worse than i could have EVER imagined.
Watched your videos really good stuff. I’m 23 and in recovery and thriving in comparison to the lows of where I was mentally during active addiction. Cool asl. Keep it up
Thank you for sharing these things bro! It's just so good to know Im not alone in this👍👍
