The synth part makes it probably the most dramatic scene in the whole film, and I cannot believe they cut it out of the soundtrack. Wtf. It's so emotional, contemplative and determined.

I was 5 year old when this came out too! I remember seeing the previews and thinking it looked amazing. I wanted to see it so bad. I begged my mom to take me to see it but for some reason she was really against me watching this movie. I never understood why. There were a few Disney movies she was like that with. I always thought it was because I was a boy and this movie was only for girls or something. In a way I'm glad I never saw it as a kid. When I finally did watch it for the first time it really took me back to being 5 years old again. It was amazing! One of the greatest animated Disney movies!

I think they’re good in different ways. I relate to Rapunzel and Anna for their naïveté, Mulan for her devotion to family and identity struggle, Ariel and Moana for their desire for adventure and freedom, Elsa for her isolation and loneliness, etc. Each princess touches on a different part of our personalities. The existence of one princess doesn’t diminish the existence of another, in fact they can even compliment each other.

Depends on what album you listen to. On the original soundtrack (with the horrible alternate version), it's called "Mulan's Decision." In the Mulan Complete Score, it's called "The Transformation/Mulan Leaves." In the FYC Mulan Expanded Score, it's called "Short Hair." :)

In our reality life, this type of soundtrack can refer to us as a "push your self through all the limits of your life no matter what situation" or when for some case, u must to protect the life of your loveones when the opportunitys are less... And then, there u are.. Walking bravely with that theme on your head 1:06
