We're nearing the end of our 7-day winter trip in Japan!
In this video, on our 6th day in Japan, we are going on a day trip to two of central Japan's famous tourist attractions; Takayama Village and Shirakawago, one of Japan's UNESCO world heritage sites.
It’s our first time to visit here during winter and it was magical!
Takayama is a quaint city and it exudes historical vibes with its preserved wooden architectures and shops. We had our first taste of their local version of Japanese beef; Hida Beef sushi.
Oftentimes, when you think of Nagoya, you think of Shirakawago. It is probably the most notable tourist destination in central Japan.
We booked this tour through klook and it was an amazing and hassle-free experience.
On our 7th and last day in Japan, we encountered a little hiccup with the coin lockers. *watch this video til the end ;)
We were on our way to the airport and we received a call that broke our hearts; our fur baby passed away :(

Hi po, ask ko lang baket di nyo na lang iniwan sa hotel yung luggages nyo (imbes na mag locker)... since bumalik pa kayo sa hotel to checkout.

Hello po, yung luggage allowance po kasi sa Skymark Airlines is 20kg kaya po iniwan namin yung ibang luggage sa Nagoya before we went to Sapporo and binalikan lang namin siya nung last day na namin sa Nagoya. Hindi po kasi pwede mag iwan in-advance sa hotel ng luggage unless day na ng check-in
