It’s so nice to hear someone have the SAME feelings as I do towards my hometown. I’m also from Long Island funny enough. But I love being in my home with my fam but even just running to the local target gives me a ping of anxiety, it sucks! Hope you have a great time home despite all of that with your family ❤

I’m the same way about my hometown. High school and middle school were very hard times for me so being in certain areas reminds me of that. I have like one friend from high school that I talk to but besides that I just hangout with my mom and stay in the house.
