Aka da jelly, or coconut apple...If you catch them just right. It will fill the entire cavity and at rightime it is super soft and can almost taste like a cotton candy. Ps that phase doesn't last long and center will start to rot. If you split a rotting one you will never forget that smell. It's one a different level haha
Every time I watch Simon I look for BOSTON!!! Glad he's doing good and that YOU'VE been visiting/ filming Chucky's yard! Love from Boston, Mass BTW, that's the FIRST TIME I've seen this... coconut candy. That's amazing! Learn something new every day I guess. Thanks for sharing Matthew!
Coconut bread aka Coconut candy 😋 😍. Yes Matthew its like the texture of apple and bread. You had me smiling seeing you doing this video. I'm so glad I found your channel years ago. It's reminds of so many childhood favorites. And brother glance up into the trees when you're by Chucky under them 🌴 those things are huge if they hit someone at that hight. One love from beautiful Trinidad and Tobago ❤ 🇹🇹.
Hello Matthew! Always good to see you education the people abroad. I am a Jamaican living in Brazil and these coconuts are pretty common in Brazil as well.
That other big sprouted one was probably the best. You want a full sprout and not to have water. As the nutrients are absorbed into the sprout. The meat will also get thinner. They are better when they have roots too.
Wishing I was there to drink the fresh coconut water and eat green banana 😁and smell the fresh air and go to the river never did that before. Some day🙏🏾
Jeez Matthew, I grew up in Jamaica with coconuts all around me and I've never seen or even heard of Sprout Coconut❗️ I love the white meat, jelly or hard and it must be thrilling to open up a coconut and discover that round ball❗️ Great great Vlog❗️❤️
Hi Mathew how are you doing ? I’m happy to see that you’re enjoying my beautiful little island Jamaica 🇯🇲 I miss her so much I miss the sunshine and the beautiful scenery I hope I can visit soon keep on doing what you do don’t eat all the fruits and vegetables leave some for me 😂😂
Watch survivor man the series. The ones he got were half planted and the sprouts were knee high. No water but the entire cavity was a solid fruit that would separate from the coconut itself.
Damn.. i mean here where i live, i saw a coconut in the store and it was 11 us dollars 😅 now imagine the price of all the coconuts in the videos together! 😆
First time i´v ever seen those coconut sproutlings /hearths w/e u wanna call it was in Xavier Rossets 1 year solo on an island I always wondered if its possible to get my hands on these without leaving germany (well its possible, its expensive but it would be possible) Im hoping FreelanceChucky/Simons tour in 1-2 years will be the time i´ll visit jamaika for the first time nd i have to stop by Moccos place! And to get my hands on some coconut hearths :D *edited : some miss spellings xD
