Might be some don't get enough playtime to wear off excess calories, or, owners feel guilty having to leave their pet home alone all day to go to work, therefore are overfeeding them by leaving out too much food..and again, kitties don't get enough exercise when owners aren't around to play with them and thus kitties just eat and sleep. As most kitties require some interaction to initiate play, they don't often initiate a play time on their own, and unfortunately..being inactive, will get chubby..😊😊.. I did notice there wasn't very many toys either in or around the kitties..which may be a contributing factor to their "boredom", causing their inactivity..😊😊❤❤
If they are house cats they don't get the same sort of exercise. So they need less food and more play from you. I know a lovely house cat and it's as fit as a flea!! X

some of these poor cats are realy overweight... why get a cat when you arent going to take care of it? poor little things...
