Hopefully Kirby will stay several more years if he keeps winning he probably will but like you said coaching is a grind and it's a tough job and gotten tougher over the last few years
Hell yea...the coaches who relish the recruitment process are growing a bit tired of the grind unless they change things. You now have to recruit those kids to come, and also recruit just as hard to stay
With Saban retiring the door is wide open. But talking about Kirby's health look at 2021 Kirby and look at Picks of 2023 Kirby. 2 years that took there toll on the man. With that Let's Go DAWGS... The future is bright in Athens.
Wow Literally in the middle of watching this and Nick Saban just announced retirement?!?! End of an era...reeeally wanted that one last crack at him next year
Lane Kiffin has never hid his ambition to eventually become the coach at Bama. Plus, he's likely one of the few coaches out there that can both stop the damage and get them started back on the road to success.
Kirby told Nick before SEC Championship game that he didn’t want to be coaching at his age Respectfully they had a pre take with SEC network before the game & they both asked a question of each other
As a Georgia fan why do we even bring this subject up, why can't we just enjoy the moment and live in the now instead of looking way into the future, everyone knows the type of competitive fire that Kirby Smart has as a head coach, and people seem to forget he's only 48 years old, let's just enjoy the time that we have with him as head coach and not try to bring up something so negative.. he is ushered in a complete dominant era of Georgia football and his fans we should look back and enjoy it right now instead of trying to look into a crystal ball and predict when it's going to be over
If Kirby stays head coaching and keeps doing what he's doing, he can beat Saban's record of 6. Kirby already got 2 and just needs 4 to tie and 5 to beat and Kirby is still young and got plenty of playing years to do it.
I'm 72 and am 40 days older than Nick. All of us oldsters can get anything done that we want. However, I've noticed that it takes me twice as long to do half as much. Maybe Nick was thinking the same. :)
I don't think that Nick will want to complete his current contract which, I think, expires in 2029. Nick and I are within 40 days of the same age. I'll bet we'll both retire prior to 2029. With Kirby, however, he's my kids' age. He's got lots of coaching years left if he wants to go for it.
I think #2Georgia's Coach Smart will be around another decade at most. Dabo will keep bringing his Gene stallings formula with a defense that travels good and folds the pocket up with pressure coming. But the QB play in consistency the last 3 years have hurt #8Clemson & alot more teams that have tasted the saurkraut at the QB position time after time in the decline with athletes out of high school mainly the westcoast formula will open up big money to a builder of athletes teaching and developing these type of QB's from the college level to the Pro's will be a projected price in a percentage of his NFL contract making his debut possible at the college level in them paying 2 million a year salary from the university's program QB players develioement*) We seen a U of F QB Emory Jones and really Richardson too was not really groomed and prepared when there name was called as we have seen #1 pick at QB from Bama appear to be a flop to NE. TEACHING QB'S TO READ DEFENSIVE FORMATIONS IN THE PLAYCALL AUDIBLE DON'T COME CHEAP MAKING THE BIG LEAGUES IN A PAYDAYS*
He cant stop, he's a workaholic. 20+ more years

I just hope he’s with UGA for another decade. Go Dawgs!
Kirby Smart isn't going anywhere if he doesn't take the Alabama job

Top dawg kirby hope we keep him for many more yrs as well best coach ever some ppl my have a different opinion buy mine is he is the best

Goodbye Nick, you are the GOAT for sure.
Kirby told Nick before SEC Championship game that he didn’t want to be coaching at his age Respectfully they had a pre take with SEC network before the game & they both asked a question of each other
Where can I find that video?
Kirby is like 30 years younger than Nick lol. There’s a fine line between coaching to 75 and retiring in the near future like some are speculating.
@@Falconsfan1020 Kirby coach that 🔴⚫️ another 15 years
@@Falconsfan1020 24 years younger
Depends on the kids attitude, NIL aggravating and his internal drive. Maybe 5-8 years.
It’s year 8
😂 They're saying Alabama really wants Dan Lanning to replace Nick Saban.
I hope Kirby Smart won't go too Alabama ok it could happen y'all!!!!
As long as he wants i reckon
55 years old would be good age to step away!
Go to at least 60 if his health is good
He will be in the NFL for much much longer..nobody wants to coach college in that circus…its over
Bama will be coming after Kirby hard
I think Kirby will hang around at least to 2035

What’s wrong with Dekalb Co math? I can count to 20!😂
🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶 let’s go Dawgs
Just until tomorrow then he's on his way back to Alabama
I should have put Vegas odds on my assertion an hour+ ago that Nick wouldn't be around for his contract expiration in 2029. Missed a sure bet!

This didn’t age well. Nick just says he’s retiring.
This video is about Kirby
Hopefully he wont take the Falcons job.
love your posts guys! Please balance your audio! Thank you!
I would say he can coach at Georgia until he is dead
Can't blame him if he wants to do what's best for him and his family. Coaching in the NFL is easier.
Not really,it's harder to coach pro athletes than college plus owners will expect super bowls quickly and some NFL teams are poorly managed
Urban.meyer would have to use portal to make up for all the players that will transfer from his style of coaching
He’ll never leave the 🔴⚫️ to go to NFL
It's time to steal a Def tackle from Alabama! I'm sorry, but it's the nature of the game
He’ll be going to the NFL soon.
I just wanna know how to get a job like this at dawg post. I just think it’s awesome.
You go grind as a beat reporter after 4 years of journalism school and create your own channel and newsletter
Ole Nick waits till the portal closes to announce , pretty lame 🤣
Portal will reopen in 30days for Alabama due to this
Breaking news Kirby retires and is going with Saban to play senior golf tournament
You wish tallygator you guys better try get Meyers back or the ole ball coach Steve Spurrier
Saban is retiring did yall see the good news
Ppl look at Saban as always winning but the numbers show how hard it is to win it all. He DIDN'T win the NC what 22 different years?
I don’t think anyone is in their prime at 73.

I like how you completely missed the other 2 Bama QBs...lol
Michigan earned* it.
Why are you guys discussing Kirby’s retirement ? Irrelevant topic at this time
He won't coach past 55
