There is so much peace on your face because you have a pure heart and soul...your songs and voice speaks your inner beauty and they are sooo soothing . Any aggressive person can become calm and happy listening to them .

It's amazing how a song can make you feel. I always feel so sad listening to this song but yet it's like therapy
this and many Dido songs are like healing to the soul... I always feel so melancholic with her songs but it's like they take you some other space, some other lifetime, some other time where things are in harmony. Her songs always have a unique sense of sadness but you cannot help but feel lighter everytime you listen to them. The lyrics are masterpieces too that fill your heart with a sense of a universal Love, a truth, something which you cannot deny, a sensation that everything for a second belongs right where it's at. Indeed my favourite singer, who sings from her soul and touches others through her art. Nice to see some more PT Dido fans! :)

If ever you have a bad day, do what i do.......Find somewhere to sit down by yourself and listen to Dido. By the 3rd or 4th track i swear you will be chilled out, relaxed and feel stress free. Her voice is so special.

Wow, REALMENTE SORPRENDENTE, no sólo por la bella voz sino porque resulta hasta INEXPLICABLE por la forma cómo llegó y el tiempo en que llegó a mí.
Para los que les gusta las historias románticas o dramáticas, aquí les va una, de lo contrario pasen este comentario.
Desde los 14 años sólo he tenido intimidad con la mujer que amé que luego se convirtió en la madre de mis hijas, pero ahora entiendo que fue un tema espiritual por el cual se destruyó mi hogar. Ya no vivo con ellas hace 5 años, pero siempre las visito.
Ahora, volviendo a la historia anecdótica. Justo anoche que la visité para recoger un regalito comestible, se me dio por conversar un tema sin importancia, pero mientras le contaba sentía que quería abrazarla, decirle que la amo y que siempre la amaré, aunque también en mi mente sabía que no podría estar con ella por la diferencia y convicción espiritual que hay entre los dos y si trato de forzar, terminaría muy mal porque ya lo intenté en el pasado 3 o 4 veces.
Y, para terminar, les cuento que ella era muy celosa a tal punto que se enfadaba mucho cuando escuchaba a Dido en el 2007, hasta desapareció mi DVD del concierto de Brixton; y, obviamente, no he dejado de escuchar a Dido en estos años en RUclips, pero siempre eran mis canciones escogidas y hoy me quedé dormido y el algoritmo puso a tocar una recopilación de las mejores canciones y dentro ellas encontré a esta y ni bien la escuché me pareció que era lo que estuve pensando cuando hablaba con ella anoche, y digo me pareció porque no sé muy bien el inglés, y cuando lo vi en subtitulado casi me voy de espalda. El 95% de la letra es lo que estuve pensando.
Y casi todo lo que les he contado, se lo dije a ella hace unos momentos, incluso la siguiente reflexión:
"lo más irónico es que, justo ella (Dido) de la cual te molestaba que la escuchara, ahora te esté cantando mi pensamiento".
¿En qué creen que terminará esta historia?
Muchas gracias, Dido, ahora entiendo que estamos conectados, aunque desfasados en el tiempo y espacio.

brings me back to when I went through a rough breakup 16 years ago. I used to listen to this song and started sobbing about it. It's incredible how a song can revive moments, feelings, even faces that I thought were buried and forgotten. I guess some things are just impossible to erase from the mind.
I just look at her, the way she is dressed up, the way she smiles. She is so simple, but amazing woman.. really beautiful song. Good album, too.
