TRADOC has 3 sections, section 1 trains E1's, section 2 host tryouts and trains the future Drill Sergeants, section 3 Officer Candidate School. To answer your question I think it's almost the same cause OCSIA is basically OCS that trains the future Instructor. Hmm which is harder I don't have an answer to your question for now cause I have not experienced TRADOC yet.

Once, you finish OCSIA Phases you will be doing OCS Phases and tryouts with supervision but you do have final exam also. Nice video also
