TRADOC has 3 sections, section 1 trains E1's, section 2 host tryouts and trains the future Drill Sergeants, section 3 Officer Candidate School. To answer your question I think it's almost the same cause OCSIA is basically OCS that trains the future Instructor. Hmm which is harder I don't have an answer to your question for now cause I have not experienced TRADOC yet.
Yeah it is, if you don't have experience on inspections. I dislike the part where the inspector will ask you random questions and you have to answer it fast also correctly.

Once, you finish OCSIA Phases you will be doing OCS Phases and tryouts with supervision but you do have final exam also. Nice video also
