Perfect! I have stepped away from painting for a while…I was just thinking I had forgotten most of the steps and needed to revisited your fabulous class I had purchased a few years ago. This tutorial is just the reminder I needed to get my brush wet again😊 thank you!
Painted this as me first still life and it turned out so beautiful. 😊 🎨 The hardest part was as the sketches of the patterns have been obscured by the pigments. So I have to draw them by hand. Very tricky, but I made it. 😊🎉 So much thanks for sharing this! ❤
You have a wonderfully soothing voice. Makes it easy to listen and concentrate on your words. Excellent tutorial. May I ask what brushes you are using for this?
Amazing.
Great light and shadows.
Thank you.
Good tutorial!....I did this and it turned out great! Thank you for being patient and you explain so carefully.
You are an excellent instructor. I love how you explain not only what you are doing but why. This is very helpful to me. :)
Happy to help Theresa :-)
Thank you for adding CC to the videos. This is very helpful. Oftentimes it is not easy to understand the speaker.
The biggest thing here is to capture the big shapes first and handle the details at the very end.
Really really loved doing this (and love your nice voice 😁) Thank you so much ✋
fantastic as always!
This is an excellent video!
I had a go and it turned out great! Thank you for your clear instructions! You are a really good teacher.
I painted this yesterday and it turned out fabulous. Will you be doing any more glazing techniques with ceramic still life?

I have been working on shadows, and under painting. Timely! Thank you!
What a wonderful video - short and to the point - and a fab project to fill a spare hour.

Hi - I like Rosemary and Co brushes. The ones I'm using are Kolinsky sable. (series 22 and series 8)
@@WatercolorAffair Thanks, Anthony. I've got their eradicator brushes, but I'll take a look at the sables. Hope they still deliver to Canada.
Where is the link for the bowl template?
I could listen to your voice all day! This is a fabulous tutorial. I send a lot of my watercolour buddy's to your site.
hehe! Thanks Patti 🙂
