This is best information video as compare to other hundred videos, if any one understand what is chiller and how it's works they should see and give best remarks, Thanks you
MAN JUST AMAZING u shared the actual part that can't be visible in thousands of videos i saw i was just lucky to find this amazing video thanks a lot . i appreciate ur sharing from bottom of my heart
Thanks so much very nice and clear explanation. One thing is that please explain me, how in chiller heat exchanges from cooling tower water to CHW Supply water going to the buildings to the air handling equipments?? Thanks
chiller, evaporator, cooled CHW from the air handling equipment AHU. The condenser water picked the heat from the chiller, condenser, and bring it to the cooling tower . The cooling tower remove heat from the condenser water.
Excellent video very well explained. One question how is the water the evaporates replaced. I would think if the system just dumps water across the cooling tower fins some would evaporate, right?
nice bro,.. thankyu for the good and clear explanation... but last u didnt tell anything about the compressor section...??? if possible can u tell the function of compressor on the chiller unit. plss
?? Question: First thank you for this. I live in a large condo building. They've recently installed a large chiller in the basement and put a single cooling tower on top of a 13-floor building. They also have replaced AHU's although I'm not sure where they are. Unfortunately, since they replaced the large AHU, we've been hearing loud rumbling noises. They appear intermittently including at night and prevent us from sleeping. The noise ramps up and stays on for several hours and then ramps down and gets quiet. Could you tell me what part of the cooling system is likely causing the problem? Is it easy to diagnose? What steps would need to be taken?
Thank you verry helpfull.. im curently working on the world cup stadium wich will happen in qatar in 2022. We have closed cooled stadium , alot of cooling happening

Hmm,,hi,,,shouldnt that blue pump be pulling supply water out of the most bottom pipe of the chiller into the bottom pipe of the air handling unit ??? then water comes out of the top pipe of air handling unit as a return water back to chiller???
I'm a skyscraper enthusiast who notices the mechanical equipment on building roofs, and I'm also an aspiring building engineer. Thanks for this!

This video is really helpful Sir. Hopefully waiting for other videos. I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Good video and well illustrated for begineers in HVAC
Best chiller video so far!
Great instructive video. Thank you.
thanks man.. it give me a lot of information... great presentation... easy to understand... baik ahh boh
Great presentation 👏 👌 👍
Thank you for sharing the knowledge
This video is crazy good for what I am doing. You just got yourself a subscriber.
You are a genius. Thank you
I was taught condenser “fill” is on the bottom, and the evaporators was on the top since vapor rises
Great video with lots of useful information!

thanks for this information..Simple, fast and completely show
Little bit off on some things, but nice job overall..A very rough explanation, but it gives the general idea.
i think Condensate return piping is not ok. Condensate pump should supply water from Cooling tower base to chiller condenser from down side.
Great Video! Thanks!
Very good dear congratulation
💘 the way he explained it
very well explained thanks
Thanks for the informative video!

how much water should a tower like this use during a normal day?
thank you
thanks
please do some trouble shooting videos
Thank u. u cool =)
good, if the mouse pointer was big it would have been better
This starts out with "energy".
