Enjoyed the painting however I would have appreciated your transition from white on the face to the painting of the skin tones.

very easy to understand ..painted it white as a base..add colour to the highest value..easier to go darker than it is going lighter and lighter

I was mostly waiting on how you painted the face after the white but the video jumped ahead, disappointing. But wonderful painting.

Hi, I didn't understand if the light color you put as the base of the face is white or light blue.

No one has commented on many times I've posted if they know...if using boiled linseed oil in base coats..glazing is beading up. Would boiled linseed oil be the reason? I can find no one who knows. I've no choice but to try another form, but which is best? Maybe you would know?

Hi, I think your base coat might be too fat, maybe try something like turpentine to thin the paint and then apply a fattest layer, hope this helps!

@@cherylhopkins5110 t.y. I think it may be hardware store boiled linseed oil? It may have wax in it because its used for wood finishing. It never dawned on me. I got it because of $$$
