Pity Party X Control - Fizzarolli and Blitzø - Helluva Boss AMV

- Wow what an episode. I'll give my thoughts on it in a bit. But first what it meant for my AMV today. I had almost expected the episode to end with Blitzø and Fizz on much rockier terms, I was thinking of using the songs Let It Die or I Hate Everything About You but I'm glad neither works with how they stand. So my reasoning for this song choice specifically. I was reminded not long after the episode that Control by Halsey exists which reminded me of this mashup. I think it works in the literal sense of Fizz's party literally ending in flames and once again showing Blitzø's self hatred (which I hope can slowly start to heal).
In terms of what's next I have one more idea for an AMV focused on this episode and it's themes, however after that I will have to change focus because it is spooky season. I have two upload slots in October and I've known which two songs I'll be using for months, so I will not be taking suggestions for this year's October uploads. I'm tempted to give a hint to each and one shared but I think that may ruin the surprise.
Anywho, the episode. It was funny. It was emotional. It was powerful. Probably one of my favourites. While I'm not a massive fangirl of either I have developed more of a fondness for both Fizz and Ozzie and it was lovely to see them again. I love how their relationship is so sweet and playful. Now I do cry easily but this episode brought me to tears twice and I don't think any others have managed more than once so bravissimo there.
A little side bit away from the main cast, I was also pleasantly surprised to see Crimson and Striker, working together no less.I think it's interesting to see them with more on their plates than the characters they were initially introduced as a threat to, Striker and Stolas, Crimson and Moxxie. Kinda ironic how they both have at least a dislike for Moxxie and neither knows of the others' grudge. Speaking of not knowing, if you think about it Stolas and Blitzø both have no idea of the others' involvement in the events of the episode, which is interesting to see them acting without specific thought to the other's involvement. What I mean is, Stolas didn't stay with and help Ozzie because Blitzø was involved, obviously I can't say the exact reasoning, but he was there as a level head to help the situation as best he could. Likewise Blitzø didn't know Stolas was helping Ozzie, which TB probably wouldn't have changed his behaviour but the episode shows how self sufficient he is and his impressive strategies. It also gives us a look into Stolitz, Blitzø genuinely hasn't clocked Stolas' feelings for him and Stolas confided in his feelings to Ozzie. Even when they aren't together you get insights into their relationships.

First of all, the mashup is fantastic, but I'm also blown away by how fitting both songs are for Blitz and Fizzarolli respectively. That combined with the great editing made this one of my favorite Helluva Boss AMVs.
both of these songs are the best for blitz and fizzarolli with their friendship and their problems with each other and that's songs are sad and lonely and broken-hearted but I love your work on this video 👏👍❤🎵🎶💗
The episode turned out to be really beautiful and a little heartwarming, for emotional personalities. AMV too, I especially liked this moment 1:53 - 2:21. As a fan of Fizzarolli, I really liked his behavior with Ozzie, as well as how cute he really is in battle. Also, I also liked the combination of Striker and Crimson, and the fact that they both really have a dislike for Moxxie, but they don't know about it, it's funny.
It shows the pain those two have been through 😢😢. I love it I can imagine Fizz singing it in his own unique style 🖤🖤🖤

This isn’t a ship video?? I just thought the two songs used fit them. I’d understand if this was a romantic song but it’s not?? Pity Party just really fits what Fizz went through on his birthday and Control is it about feeling like and being seen as a monster alluding to mental health struggles

I think most of the people who ship them tend to think of it in an alternative timeline where the fire didn’t happen. Also chill out and cut the ship bashing

@@hannaharnold9832 look I agree with you Stolitz and Fizzarozzie all the way. But. You are on my videos. And as much as you’re entitled to your opinion other people are entitled to theirs. You have the right to go around being rude sure but I also have the right to monitor what I allow to be commented on my videos. If someone came in bashing any ship I’d be the same. Fine to say you’re not a fan of a ship but there’s no need to be so rude about it.
