Sir Jo apne second question solve Kiya hai usmai Jo table banai hai vo aapne full fill kyu nahi ki I means Puri fill krni hai ya only negative number check krna hai

If we get negative number at any point of time in the table then we get the answer that the data is inconsistent. So no need of doing full sum.
