Hello from Ukraine, Tim! I started to do yoga with you and i want to tell that you are an awesome teacher. I am 18 y.o. and i did a lot of sports in my life: football, wrestling, swimming, running, workouting, but noone didn't get me that kind of feeling!! I can't explain, but i fell much more healthier and happier. So.. i want to thank you, Tim!!
I've done Yoga off and on for 20 years. Tim is the only Yogi that has focused on how to build up strength to properly do chaturanga! I love how you used blocks for the hips and chest to practice! Great practice!
You should never apologize for saying redundant things! I love the reminders.
I love the breathing control technique: "like you're fogging a mirror" :) imagery is key! well done again, Tim :)
This has the greatest chaturanga instructions! Now it makes sense when doing chaturanga and you remind us, "shoulders no lower than elbows"

Tim the quality of description of the standing poses in this video is exceptional. My body understood perfectly. Wow. What a change. Every video is like a master class - the instructions about which muscles to use are so vital and make such a difference. And I especially am grateful for your instructions regarding chataranga, its something very few yoga teachers teach, and this is really helpful. I've been doing yoga for a few years but I find this the most tricky.. Thanks Tim wish you were president!

Loving this series. I noticed huge boost in my flexibility after resting on day 7... 2-3 inches extra flex on triangle, full extension on half moon.... I CAN TOUCH MY TOES WITH MY KNEES STRAIGHT. I have not once in my life been able to do that.

I love the way you start most lessons on the floor, allowing the body to awake. I do my practice in the morning, after getting things ready in a hurry, so it is like my body has not awaken yet. I even yawn when turning my one leg at a time to twist! Thank you for another great lesson!

really enjoying these videos, great challenge for me and I will probably go back a few days soon and revisit the lessons. I find the detailed instructions are helping me. I think I might be improving just a little! As an old geezer core strength and flexibility are key to keeping me upright!

Whew!!! That was a challenge. Can't get the double hook on eagle but and 100 times more loose/flexible than when I started.

Great lesson, thanks! I enjoyed it, although I have a long way to go with many of the moves, esp. moving my body from plank toward the floor, so I still use my knees and even then, my arms aren't strong enough to do even that properly! A helpful point for me was when doing a warrior pose to keep the lower part of the bent leg vertical, which seems to give more stability for the pose.

Tim, I love this one! I also like how you give the time for corpse pose in the video. A lot of yoga RUclipsrs just say ok, time for corpse pose thanks for watching and end the video so then I have to do corpse pose while listening to the next video that loads on RUclips which isn't so meditative. You know what I mean? Thanks for another great start to my day!

Loved it thanks. When my sister and I were kids we used to play in the shape eagle. Not knowing it was a real thing. legs and arms together.

I have the calves of a body builder on the body of a long distance runner, that double hook is never going to happen, but this series is really fantastic.
A new balancing pose 19:56 Eagle... not my best try, hopefully I will get better! Keep it up Tim!
