I took a class from a Korean that owns a bakery here in Los Angeles on how to make rice cake and decorate with bean paste in July this year. Ever since, I have been fascinated and been practicing. I have watched almost all your videos and could not get enough of your creations. Your cakes are beautiful! You have great talent. I would be happy if I could be half as good as you. But somehow, I could not duplicate some of the flowers you do. Do you own a bakery? I will be visiting Seoul in December. Maybe I can visit your bakery if you have one. Thank you for your videos.
Thanks for sharing. But I notice the edge of this white bean paste not as thin as the cream made by GG Craft. Maybe mix white beans paste with whipped butter?

Beet root powder is available in Amazon. I’ve watched bean paste cream piping videos and found people also have used (Wilton) gel food coloring.

Do I need to put corn syrup in? If i can not find it, what i can put instead of corn syrup? Can i put honey or maple syrup?
If you don’t have a corn syrup, you don’t have to put it in.
