I have pretty severe acne right now and it makes me feel comfortable without putting on a full face of makeup. I’ve been wearing it every day.

I’m pretty jazzed about this release! I think, just to be on the safe side, I would wear a separate SPF under this like Kackie did. I think if using this as your only SPF, you might potentially have to use a lot to get the spf coverage that you need!
I plan to get this at the VIB sale! I prefer a tinted sunscreen, but they are usually too dark or golden. I am surprised it took so long for a company to finally do this.
Sephora picked the perfect person to review this sunscreen! I can’t wear chemical sunscreen and have never found a mineral sunscreen that doesn’t make my medium skin tone look ashy and gross. I’ll definitely be picking this up during the sale!
Also, Tower28 is quickly becoming one of my favorite brands alongside Kosas. I’m so happy “clean” beauty is actually creating products that are beautifully formulated and, a lot of times, outperform other brands.
Ordered this before I even finished the video because it is exactly what I have been looking for and picked up some Pat McGrath blush in divine rose while I was at it!
I love that tower 28 tinted sunscreen, it didn't settle into my lines or dryness and lasted really well and covered what I wanted covered on my 41 year old face...my new everyday foundation
Truly this formula is my favorite, I use it more as a sunscreen and so it’s more dewy, but even then the dewiness isn’t unbearable at all. If I powdered then I’d have no problem. And it wears beautifully under a mask. Barely wears off and if it does, it doesn’t look like it at all. Such a high tech sunscreen formula, which does everything I need in a makeup and sunscreen product.
Such a thoughtful thorough review, as always. Unfortunately they only have a pink undertone fair shade despite having such a great shade range. Hopefully they will expand their range eventually with a neutral fair because now I really want to try it.
The way you describe it sounds like how Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue works for me. It has titanium dioxide but I’d prefer non-nano zinc oxide as a 1 ingredient sunscreen like the Tower 28 has. The problem with tinted sunscreens that are marketed as makeup is that most people do not use enough of the product to meet the SPF value. And from what I've seen I think Tower 28 could do a better job at educating people on the difference in use.
I mean, Kackie hardly applied any but talked about it as if it was her sunscreen and how nice of a sunscreen it is. It isn't only Tower28 who could do a better job at educating people.

I hope they come out with a light olive undertone. Everyone making tints has light cool, neutral, warm or golden which are all just a bit too pink or yellow for me. 🥲

How does it compare with the Australian Gold Mineral face sunscreen? As far as I can see: Tower28 : More Shades, more expensive, less SPF, recycled packaging. Australian Gold: Only 3 shades, Larger amount, more affordable, more SPF.

I’m so bummed because this would probably be my dream complexion product, but I’m that weird brand of sensitive skin person who can’t do zinc oxide. It makes my skin burn and dries the living daylights out of it. 😭 Has anyone else had this issue? It’s such a bummer. Loved this review, tho. It was fun to live vicariously through you. 😅
Hi Kackie I don't know if it my screen/phone, but in the last couple of videos your right side of your face seems quite yellow or green-ish. It looks like very warm light on the face. I can be a bit difficult to see the true colour tones of your foundations and blushes. Although it look cozy and nice :) Love your content 💗
Man, I really want to try this because I always looking for something that evens my skin tone just a tiny bit but doesn't look/feel like I'm wearing makeup. I'm worried about the shades though. From what I'm seeing online I would wear the same shade as you but that's usually too light for me. The next shade up in my undertone will be too dark. Any thoughts on how adaptable the shades are?

I’m pale olive/neutral and I just got both the 5 and the 10 and mixed them, and honestly it works great - idk if this is helpful but just in case!

Even if you can use it as a full protection spf, you'd be paying a lot to go through 1 ounce of product that quickly

It looks perfect as a tinted moisturizer but I wouldn’t buy this as a tinted sunscreen. It doesn’t have enough zinc oxide to fully protect.
