I'm getting this sense that in 3 or 4 years if this team wins another 1 or 2 titles that the Beck era could be "low point" in QB play and leadership. The team talks about Gunner differently. Words like not all about IG fame. And the photos of what he drives and that he has cows. There is something there. I give Beck all the credit. He stuck around and I believe played to the best of his ability. All the gifts but doesn't have it between the ears. Brock and Ladd bailed him out of at least 3 games last year. I'd be surprised if he is higher then 3rd round
Beck was never the problem.. Everyone considered a Heisman fav and #1 pick coming back last yr.. His OLine play was horrible this year and his WRs dropped more balls than anyone in college.. In addition they played one of the toughest schedules in NCAA.. I dk who Beck is after this inj but before it he could make any throw in football & was extremely accurate..

The fact that his GF goes to Miami could also be a big ole slide to " give it one more try" NFL fake. Wait til playoffs are over. He gets some update on teams who may have real interest. Realizes money wise makes more going to be with GF. That's a dangerous mentality for a QB. Good luck in either decision I guess

I completely agree. They even mentioned it in the Kentucky game when he got hit. He was favoring his shoulder.

He may never be the same after this injury. If he stays in college, he risks exposing that.
