Colorado is relatively much cheaper. I bought a 2bds 3ba condo in Manhattan for $1Mil+. But NYC is not worth living, trust me, you guys took the right decision. Now I am paying EMI's for the condo and living in UK on rent. Lol

Exactly I was about to comment the same , one suggestion ritu u have to give time to the speaker to speak and later u can talk , in this video I couldn't get a clear picture of owning the house in usa because of lot of other random questions from u .

I donot believe when you move in a house neighbors come . My experience says here in usa when you a new house after 5 years if you want to sell .Only profit you live 5 years free .Even if you 40 parcent down payment.

If you take loan you need to take life insurance also and the premium also we have to pay that's additional amount to shell out plus the insurance of property and the home Content insurance that also you should tell. Plus there are property taxes.
What you do for living in New York?

I don't know in us which city is giving them 3 to 5% down payment and you can get the house they are requiring minimum 25 to 30% now down payment
