Water Opus does not need to be lvl 250.
If you still need Tidings, you can replace Tikoh with Summer Kolulu or Summer Dark Jeanne!
TA Rate is guaranteed on MC, Vajra and Mirin through buffs/earrings/rings etc.
Haaselia's TA is confirmed with Varuna Call

I really need to learn hexa so I can finish my draconics. Haven't seen clears without them, not even sure what I could use as a supplement that is good enough.

Yeah its just free damage in these raids. You can try replace with something like another NWF weapon and see how you go

will it be possible to do a team of Onmyoji with shishio, Mirin, Europa, and Haaselia? I know the team lacks dispel but I was thinking it might be possible to rely on Onmyoji's s1 :

@@dy_dk it worked for me! I got my first water clear trophy just now ^^ after a few practice runs, I managed to figure out the rotations I needed to do. the only problem with the team is that it can't carry too hard since it lacks dispel.

Yup, I've already cleared it enough times so I can use a different element unit. I mention in the pinned comment that you can use Summer Kolulu or Summer Dark Jeanne instead. I don't use too many pots in this run also.
