I appreciate your honesty. A lot of people do videos on buffets and say they are very good and only a couple of things might not be up to par. But I think that these people are being comped, so what are they supposed to say.

It's called clarified butter which is spoiled resistant and has a higher smoke point. Clarified butter removes the milk solids and water then leaves the butterfat.

I have eaten there twice. It is not amazing but it is worth the price. If you were expecting an earth shattering experience then why are you at a $23 buffet?
I tried this place several times..... The majority of the food is bland & tasteless & nothing have any flavor. The straw that broke the 🐫 back was the roach crawling down the wall!!!! Also the tables were dirty & stick..... never again

Kind of a fancy Panda Buffet - You just have to accept Lobster and crab - in Nevada is going to have limitations - unless you want to spend 150 or so.
