Never forget this. Just before they came on some older guy in his 40's was at the front with me, talking about how much he's loved Jaxx since day one. He rolled up the fattest spliff I'd ever seen and handed it to me, telling me I needed to find my head hahah. Then they came on, and shit went wild. One of the best performances of the weekend hands down.
Such a banger ! Always was always has been..
Rocked that whole stage hard
Basement jaxx is my favorite band that is my favorite song that my jam
that was an awesome night i will never forget !!!
YEAH I REMEMBER SEEING THESE GUYS AT PALISADES IN 65!!!! THEY ROCKED ASS!!!!!!!!!!
The bass drop at the 38 second mark 👌
this looks so fun!
Maravilloso! Que bonitos recuerdos con esta canción. !
Absolutely great song! And no offense, that lady is even more beautiful than in 2001! It's a mistery...
*mystery
It’s ok 2001 was a poop show in the end
Who is she? I’ve always wondered
Ahhh I remember it well!
Props to whoever mixed this. They actually made the beat sound punchy as hell; normally when electronic artists play older songs it never sounds punchy/bassy enough to be heard alongside modern dance tracks.
That guy at 1:39 should get free tickets for this year
I’m so fucking JEALOUS! This my JAM
The lead singer is Vector from the 1st Despicable Me movie, remember, Gru's supervillain nemesis who stole the shink ray gun from Dr. Nefario & Gru!
👍
Best sound system than korn
lol the girls in background taking selfies
How come Araki has not yet created a stand with a name as well-known as Basement jaxx
What a Wally
WTF! the vid with the robot is gone?
How many singers doea it take to sing a sampled vocal hook? I was confident the number was zero, but apparently it's 11½.
Its stolen from gary neuman
And So was Koochy by Armand Van Helden and that was a big hit and no one complained
I coulda done better
I never liked live performances of any songs by bands that I liked. While this isn't bad, the studio version is still better.
Well.....it technically is the studio version. They pretty much pushed play, jumped around and screamed, while some guy sorta played the drums to the recording.
I tell you this more worse than adam levines concerts
This version is not so good...too many drugs messed them up.
i love the song but a bit dissapointed with the crazy guy probably on drugs shouting at the people, you know people say that live concerts are better, they usually are but this was not.
