  • Hey guys! This video took me weeks to edit but it's finally here. I remember how daunting ACLs were for me. I feel like when there's a lot to study and review at once, things with categories and numbers can feel extra overwhelming and we try to cram instead of process. Reviewing this content with fresh eyes made me realize it's really not that bad to review. So make sure you are taking breaks and focusing on smaller chunks of information per day rather than reviewing so many things that nothing will go towards long term memory.
I reviewed this content on my balcony with my dog on a sunny afternoon. I encourage you all to get some sunshine or switch things up while you study (check out different environments like libraries or cafes) to give your day some novelty.
    Hope this is helpful.

I love all the visual examples that you illustrate. I now know the difference between running stitch, whip stich, and simple cordovan. Thank you!

Thank you so much! This helps a lot, OT Rex. I was having trouble remembering the different scales during my studying, like ACL, ALS, MS, PD, SCI, TBI.
