Coconut shell Charcoal machine video

This is a machine developed indigenously (patent applied) to produce charcoal from coconut shells continuously. It is a power driven set up. This machine is designed to recover the heat which is produced during the charcoal making process and use them for various heating or drying applications.The hot air recovered from this machine will be available at free of cost since the coconut shells fed in the machine are converted to charcoal which fetches a good rate in the market. Hence using the machine for drying any of the coconut products like copra drying, Desiccated coconut industry, coir fiber drying, coir pith drying, will give more return than the presently available process systems. Coconut shell feeding and charcoal discharge systems are made mechanically to reduce the manpower needed thereby only 1 person is enough for a shift to look after both the feeding and discharge.

such machine can not use more then 3month ,waste time to see ,already saw too much factory such broken machines.

yes ,that method use Dry distillation , means need extra fuel for start fire ,then when the biogas start ,then reused for the furnace . seems no problem ,but our testing result is 3500RMB natrual gas only get 500KG coconut shell charcoal .maybe we waste some fuel when testing ,but the biogas not enough . second is ouside heating about 800degree ,and inside 400degree ,you can imagine what kind of iron steel can stand for this in long time . even 310S stainless steel i think can not stable running more then 1year.
