this guy is what he says, me and my buddy asked to hit pads and light spar with him and he was down and just talked to us about pure martial arts, really cool to experience
Feels like Giga is underestimating Bruce Leeroy... big big mistake if that's the case. I think the best Giga probably wins if he shows up, but Caceres is a tough SOB with some serious tricks up his sleeve. This is a fun card

I like Alex but I think him saying he never watches tape of his opponent until fight week. This is a HUGE mistake fighters make. Think of your favorite champion and you will see they all watch hours of tape and aren’t afraid to say so.

@@TheFBM2011 because if you're a great boxer..you're a great boxer period. There's only two weapons...2 fists. I'm sure you would agree MMA is very different...I believe you must watch tape.
it could be that his coaches do all the tape watching, and just translate it into his training
@@betgazalCorrect. It's more common that coaches & training partners watch tape & translate it into training & sparring.
The majority of fighters just want to focus on training & cutting weight. Camps keep pressure off of their fighters & cover all the details outside of their training typically.

Crazy. Been watching BLR for years! I still always view him as the young kid he once was. This man’s a VET and been in there with some killers over many different eras of the UFC
His mindset would help so many people. They become attached to a result instead of enjoying the dance

Hard striking match, he gets giga to floor going to be easy work, giga grappling and takedown definitely is trash so shouldn't take him too much to do it.

Would love to see Caceres fight more often. Almost seems a little bored of MMA?
Caceres, your ego needs a complete overhaul. Your tone and attitude do not reflect the persona in which you portray and it can easily be seen right through. If you're really trying to be about that life, achieve satori, & be a master you will fail every time with your current mindset. I was big on him to win before watching this but hearing him speak was extremely discouraging. Giga is clear, focused, calm and collected, exactly what Alex is hoping to be one day. Good luck tomorrow kid, I'm still rooting for you.

@@iNamaste I'll hazard a guess you're implying that the result of the fight is a clear demonstration of each fighters' "true colors". By that logic, Chikadze was showing his "true colors" in his previous fight with Kattar (it was a sh*t-kicking). I propose that 'failure' (especially a single result) is not the same as showing one's 'true colors', rather it is ones' 'true colors' that will be potentially on display regardless of success or failure.

Since Caceres also quoted Alan Watts in this interview, I feel its only proper i answer back with an Alan Watts quote as well. "It starts now, it didn’t begin in the past, there was no past.
