@@tiffanydangelo7296 yes, June is when they’ start to open. Last year it snowed in the Sawtooths on June 8th. It’s the coldest place in idaho so it stays locked up until the summer.
Please tell me you are being responsible and not using drones in the Wilderness. Like you, I love the Sawtooths. I visit there every few years, and I'd hate to be fishing some lake there, in beauty and silence, and then have some jackass start buzzing a drone around.
Hey brotha! Just wanted to say I love the way you capture the sawtooths. Just recently discovered them myself and I feel the same way you do about them! The sawtooths are magical! My favorite place on earth!
Another wonderful Conti Connection.💗 Stop kicking yourself around. Your 100% right. Saw Tooth is a place to center yourself not to be loud and wild. Go with your gut on the emotions. Then your viewers know where to go, to fit what they too could be feeling or need to feel. Your doing great and you have given me back the courage I once had to get back out there. Thank you for enriching my life.
Thanks for putting this together. Looks gorgeous and definitely on the list of places to visit. In the world we're living in this year, we all certainly could use more of this and less of the noise. God bless.
Nothing like knowing you can walk in nature with everything you need to survive being carried on your back. Then you set up your camp in awe inspiring beauty with the self satisfaction of knowing that too few humans would ever do “the work” of backpacking a few miles to enjoy a peaceful lake, meadow, or riverside camp. And that is why we backpack.
Just found your channel and watching your Sawtooth series and all addicted. Great job capturing it's beauty. I do photography and think I'm gonna plan a trip there now.
And always give the energy that you feel in that moment. Genuine and real is always better than energetic and fake. Just be real. The world is lacking real people. Just be yourself. People greatly lack this concept. They try and be what they think the world wants them to be. Nice videos though
I discovered you guys earlier this year and I’m so happy I did. My daughter and I do some hiking and we’re always looking for nice places. Keep on doing what ya love and sharing it with the rest of us. Thank you.
You guys are putting Idaho on the map for me. The local tourism agency should sponsor you guys! Wondering if you could also share the music songs you use. I’m digging the vibes.
Samuel Garcia we actually did do a lot of work for Visit Idaho in the past, this was kind of our way to do our own thing. Still, I would take their money again if they chose to sponsor us 😆
Questions about the Sawtooths, McDonald or Yellow Belly? Leave it here!
Is late May/early June when the snow begins to dissipate from these trails?

Thanks Ron, we agree 🙂
You should always show your true feelings, when a place like that brings you peace and tranquility.
I agree! It's just harder than it looks sometimes. 😀

No it’s a shallow, muddy lake.
