I was not inspired at all for this painting and sometimes it's just fun to start and see what happens...

The spinner I'm using is my own design and creation. Every single workstep is done by my hands and my table saw (operated by me)
I sell these on my homepage and if you want to up your game and create on big canvases, you seriously should check it out!
DISCLAIMER: It's a tool for serious artists, I always recommend getting a small , cheaper spinner to try if spinning is your thing first. After you've tried other versions, I promise you'll appreciate this guy over all of them if you work with big heavy canvasses and you spin all the time, like me.

The wall paint I use in this is Glidden essentials 'white' in eggshell
The magic juice/Cell activator is mixed with australian floetrol. (1:1)

My Pouring medium:
Behr Dynasty deep base semi-gloss and minwax polycrylic (roughly 2:1) from Home depot
And thinning to the right consistency with JoSonja gloss varnish (Dick blick, jerys artsarama or Fluidart.co)
Paints I used, mixed with my PM added to the right consistency:
-Golden heavy body - mars black, teal
-atelier - indigo
-pebeo - blue/black
-This little Piggy - lakeside, glisten
-testors craft - graphite
Magic juice paints (Cellmix), mixed with australian floetrol (1:1)
-amsterdam - oxide black
-golden, heavy body - deep gold & bright gold

Girl….. the Pebeo blue black… one of my faves…and Lakeside….has to be my fave from TLP…..I LOVE IT…..I feel like it gets the shaft lol. Also…Glisten… I don’t have that one … so cant help you there…however …i think I need it now! Love this piece…its gorgeous…. Reminds of a squall at sea!

Ich habe hier um die Ecke nen Holzhändler von dem ich 5mm Spannplatten günstig beziehen könnte. Wenn ich mit Material und Technik beim Malen sicherer bin, werde ich mich auch mal an Euro-Paletten-Bildern probieren...

I just watched this video, and I have TLP Sequins that has a pink shift, but I also see a light turquoise green. And I've read the description and have seen on youtube that Sequins only have one colour. And I was started to think that I must be going craaaaazy... But maybe not if you also have 2 colours in yours. 😃
Yes, I’m not sure why this happens. There’s another TLP that does that but I forgot the name.

I really enjoyed watching your process with this piece. I loved your approach of layering the end result was incredible. Question: since you taped your sides what do you do to finish the piece?
Thanks for your feedback. Most of the time I resin my pieces. I’m not a fan of the high gloss, so I knock some of the sheen off and make it more satin looking. It elevates the look a lot in my opinion
Mein Glisten ist im übrigen auch irgendwie bei bestimmten Lichteinfall etwas pinky purple aber… mich stört ja sowas nicht 😅💜🤤
