I actually didn't know people linked HLH here I only mentioned to see if they have deep and meaningful lyrics like them because this js the only song ive heard from Too Close To Touch, Travis followed me on IG and so once I saw that he listens to SWS and I Prevail I had to check them out because I did get a hint of the music this band creates from that and they are bands I like.
Bearded Rizz Most pop music I've heard, because I was forced to by siblings who don't like my taste in music, but if you do know the song "Tear in my heart" I honestly thought that was pop. But from my little experience in pop I don't hear much of the electric guitar and drums, this isn't as much "pop" as Katy Perry is though.
I don't see how people think of Hands Like Houses when they listen to Too Close To Touch. They both do have poetic lyrics and great vocals but I think HLH is just better and more explosive.
This is nowhere near the rawness, guts, force or impact or emotional discharge that Relativity and DBM were, weird to see all the DGD/Emarosa comments, this is kind of similar but super, super, super poppy like All Time Low haha.
Our drummer's just a machine, man. Works harder than damn near anyone I've met. Come out to a show, and you'll see his passion and talent; I can promise you that!
