Cut the bottom off and use a 220 on each side and stake it down with a T-rebar in the center and set it in the water with a fish-in the center on your stake rod

Ya need to attach with eye bolt / washers bottom part of bucket to secure bucket to your location with wire or preferred cable and quick link
