@@NatashaFooteCreative it absolutely is! Next thing you know you've spent a whole day on one card then you want to keep it for yourself! 🤣 Maybe it's just me 😆🤭
Gorgeous card Natasha. Inking the stamp and then going onto your back ground stamp with a shade darker or lighter gave the flower some depth. Lovely and simple design but wow love the effect
This is so pretty. I live how you stamped in the lighter color & then again on the darker background stamp. The colors are so pretty. Thanks for showing how to do this.
Thanks for this reminder of another great technique. You do it so well! I love that flower stamp and the end result looks like a big flower but also has a really great fringed effect. Fab! 👑🤩
I've never had a go doing this... probably because I don't have any big solid stamps. Looks like I will have to get some 😊😊 thank you for all your wonderful videos and I really appreciate your time and effort in putting them up for us to learn from you. 💚💚💚
I haven't done this for a very long time. It is definitely worth a revival after seeing how beautiful yours looks, Natasha. Thank you for bringing back what my mind had forgotten.💖🇨🇦
That is so informative thanks Natasha. I love your inspirations you put up on every video you teach us. I’m so grateful. Your mind must be working day and night coming up with new stuff to teach us.
@@NatashaFooteCreative I don't quite understand what you are both saying here? Not sure why but my brain just isn't picturing it! 😔 Do you mean flip them over and use the smooth cling side? Could you please elaborate a bit more?
I'm so sorry to hear you have the flu, you have my full sympathy! It is horrible. I'll be thinking of you Noreen and hoping you start to feel better super soon. xx Natasha
@Natasha Foote • Hmm, I'll have to look through my stamps to see what I can come up with. I can't believe the flowers fit so perfectly around the circle. Hope I can find something that will work as well. I love the tip of coloring the droplets. 👍
No it is permanent. If however, yo u are worried about that, or worried about the type of markers you hare using, then you can colour the underside of the gem drop, and that way it will be sealed against the card. Hope that helps Roxanne :)
@@NatashaFooteCreative I'll be looking forward to this video myself! Besides my archival ink, versamark ink and white pigment ink, I ONLY own the distress ink *cubes* and I find they don't stamp well for me. They always bubble up on the stamp and leave dots instead of a nice smooth image. I'm wondering if they weren't the best investment or if its something else that I can hopefully remediate 😢
Another adorable card Natasha! Thank you. I seem to have a lot of difficulty putting down little 'jewel-type' embellishments. You made it look so easy with your clear acrylic droplets. Can you tell me how you do it? Also, where do you get your little glue bottles in which you put your glue? Thank you, always.
There is links to the glue bottles underneath the video, they are available from a few places. I like having my wax pencil and glue bottle in the other hand to glue them down, and I just move the droplets around all over the page and see where they look best to me, but it really is personal preference. xx
Question: Do you have to sharpen your Cutterbee scissors often? I’m thinking of buying a pair & I’m curious how they hold up against the mound of card stock we all use. Thanks!
Hmm are we meant to sharpen them?? lol...I've owned them for 7 years and never ever sharpened them? they are still razor sharp, so it's never occured to me I guess!
@Natasha I'm in NZ and I need some white card stock. Can you please advise which card you use. Many thanks for your help. {I've been using unity card from the warehouse but its too thin and flimsy.}
Do you mean wiping off my stamp? I am giving the flower stamp a quick wipe between colours, but the background stamp that I am 'kissing' into, I have a different spot for each colour. Hope that helps Sarah, welcome to card making!
Yes that is what I meant. My partner has got me a dye cutting and embossing machine for my birthday next week so I will be checking you videos for that too! (I am on leave for 2 weeks, so I will try not spend ALL time crafting!)
Another simple but very effective technique. What would we do without you Natasha. 🙂 Gorgeous card.

Wow how bright and cheery. I love waking up to your videos Natasha... thank you sooo much for your inspiration ♡
I've seen (and done) this technique before . . . great to see it again with your wonderful Natasha twist (and those flowers remind me of a Lorax)!
Truffula tree 🥰
Definitely a Dr Suess vibe going on here.

This is a great reminder of the stamp kissing technique. So often I forget things I tried ages ago that are just as effective now as they were then.
Fabulous! Thank you Natasha!

What a fun & easy technique! Love the card. TYFS ❤️
Very nice. For people who don't have solid stamps try turning outline stamps around and using the back.

Great reminder for this fun technique. I love the colors you used on your card here.
Love how you colored the little water droplets. Does the alcohol ink rub off the droplet once it's dry? Stamp kissing is a great addition to a card.

Alcohol markers work. Dye ink wouldn't.
