How do I read them without recovering them all? For example it shows 10 deleted messages, but I can’t see what they are. I just want to read what was deleted
If your deleted messages could not be found with the software, consider that those deleted messages have been overwritten and replaced with the new data that is generated when you're using your phone daily.
@@Appgeeker actually I don’t think that was the problem. I was trying to recover the messages less than 24 hours after I realized I deleted them. The problem is my messages was not backed up.
@@nathansargeant6487 Have you tried iOS Data Recovery software to scan your phone and see if your deleted messages could be found? This requires no backup. BTW, the overwrite happens randomly at any time as soon as you delete your data.

Yeah, the Recently Deleted folder do not allow you to see what the deleted messages are. You have to recover them all.
It’s didn’t recover any of the deleted messages.

@@Appgeeker I haven’t tried iOS data recovery software. However, I guess mine was already overwritten
