Sistah, yup micro greens are bomb. I use to eat em and *use in smoothies, I need to get back to it. They prevent range of diseases, managing weight and yup a boost both mental and physical health. a tip for doing knotless braids,start braiding your hair around 2 or 3 times then take your first piece of braiding hair and place it under ( so instead of putting it on top of your hand,place it under this helps to conceal any lumps) the second and third strand of your hair then grab the braiding hair combined with your hair and start to braid i tried to make it make as much sense as possible sorry if it was confusing hope it helps

I use the Kiss Impress nails sometimes. They actually stay on pretty well! I had to pull them off after about 9 day’s they was still on. The key is prepping your nails before hand (I think... Lol)

Hey sis. I actually just purchased a couple packs of press on nail sets and I love them! So convenient. I cut mine down to the “sporty” length and they last longer than three weeks! Depending on my activity level but no less than 3 weeks. You’re going to love them!

If you love the dip powder nails but don’t want keep going to the nail shop get you the dip kit off amazon and do it yourself but I would watch RUclips videos on it for the supplies you’ll need
I remember growing up my mom use to put a cap full of bleach in my bath water 😂 idk why it just reminded me when she used bleach to wash the frigerator parts which I always use bleach for my dishes.
