Continuing to watch and enjoy your video series - so interesting and well-done! If you've already done this in a video, I'll find it eventually, but if you haven't, I'd love to see a logistics video (like how to you figure out where to get your hair cut, learning the procedures for common activities, like whether you weigh produce yourself at a grocery store, driving rules when you rent a car, etc.)
Those are all great questions! We'll try to weave in more of our everyday logistics into our videos. Of course, there's a lot of trial and error, especially with things like learning the common practices when buying groceries, which vary quite a bit in each country. We find hair stylists the same way we find doctors, dentists, vets and other professionals...by searching for highly rate providers on Google Maps and seeing which ones have a lot of English reviews. It's mostly worked so far!
Great video! We are going to be heading to Turkey, and then Bulgaria and Albania. We weren't totally sure on Albania, but your video is making us seriously consider it.
Wonderful to hear! Albania isn't as easy to navigate as other eastern European countries but the reward is all the natural beauty and those off the beaten experiences.
I laughed so hard watching you cross the round about in Albania. If you can do that then you can drive anywhere. I am Albanian but I learned to drive in the US and obviously, I drive like a north American. I had the exact same reaction as you, I was overwhelmed but after a while I became like a local (which means, do not allow them any single cm, else they’re gonna pass you)

Did you spend much time in Montenegro? Albania is on my list, but was thinking of heading to Montenegro first.
We have't spend much time in Montenegro, just a couple days during our big hike. But it's on our list and it sounds just beautiful.
