On another note I do like the pack not because it's " less tactical " but simply because it's just a cool looking bag that will better fit some of the other styles I like to coordinate together..
Finally!! Someone is thinking. I think Maxpedition offers some great products -- if you are a special operator or a gun show prowler. I carry a backpack daily. It replaced my briefcase and laptop bag. As it has holes worn in the bottom, I am about to shop for a replacement. Looks like Maxpedition is back on the list. Especially if you have a concealed holster. :) Will you have a few pockets for say, small umbrella, cigars, ?
I’ll never deviate from my Victorinox Swiss Army backpack, but these are cool looking. I do love my Maxpedition EDC case, and I will continue to get updated versions as they are available!
Those packs look great! I was just watching some other pack videos and the guy was saying they were discretely non-tactical, but yet they had big 'ol velcro patches on them. Dead giveaway man come on. I'm looking forward to these
yeah, except the grey in greyman is taken too literally by all companies. The idea is not to make gear that is in grey colour, but gear that blends in. I love grey, don't get me wrong, but I'd like to see some dark blues, greens, bronze etc in addition to it.
I had emailed Maxpedition when these packs first came out and asked if they were planning on making them available in any different colors. The answer I got was a solid "No". After watching this video I am glad to see the owner of Maxpedition NOT confirm that. To all the Maxpedition haters out there; I've tried all kinds of packs and I always go back to Maxpedition. They last forever and that's why they cost a little more, but to each there own. 'Nuff said.
@Magus Trigger: Jansport? I got one of those multi-walled 32D kraft-paper tactical satchels from Piggly Wiggley that lasted longed and it was free with the purchase of all the Snickers bars I could eat.
PTFAZ2011 Vertx is on a whole other level! I just wish they had the product selection that Maxpedition has... though I would probably be broke if they did!
making covert gear was a mistake ..most people bought stuff wanted cool military bag to go camping pockets on the outside made it easyer to organize ..they should focus on making cheaper falcon 2 or similar old products improvements
i actaully think its a good idea because if you still want the tactical stuff they have it, im interested in this line because its more mordern and sleek good for school or everyday stuff, and i still have my AGR bag for more heavy duty stuff or when i feel like wearing something more tactical
Alright... There's only one explanation that I've been able to come up with as to why TLBS has been able to record, _interview,_ edit, & upload all these videos. Did Blade HQ or Olight set you up with a humanoid robot that looks like you? In addition to the intensified video upload schedule, the use of a limited, response-word word-bank ("Yeah," "excellent," & "okay.") I would be willing to bet that they did.
I don't see much innovation here from other bags on the market . And that guy needs to hire a public speaker for the company lol he's having a hard time
The whole grey man concept is over rated; but a great way for companies to separate people from their money. They sell bags with MOLLE at Walmart. Kids carry bags with MOLLE. Sheepdogs don't care, the sheep and for the matter, most of the wolves, don't know what it is. In a SHTF, end of the world scenario, the wolves are going to be targeting everyone, so I'd rather have MOLLE capable gear, that can kitted out immediately when needed.
Those are some ugly packs.....looks like something you would get from the luggage department at Sears or JCPenny. They are going to definitely notice you all right.....they will notice it’s but ugly.
Anybody who is wearing a backpack is automatically attracting attention to themselves it literally doesn't matter anymore that sales pitch is so outdated.
Just ordered one to take over for my Riftcore (which was excellent). Well done LBS & Maxpedition

Great video, VERY excited about these packs! Especially after you were modelling the one for a size reference.
Really awesome coverage of Shot Shot all around by @thelateboyscout - keep them coming!
Love the shot show content every year!
Wish they had some more pockets. They could put a thin flap or sleeve pocket on the front.
Tim is such a likable guy.
I'm a big fan of the grey man thing. These look very well thought out.

At the Venetian need an intermediary to get my
Cutting edge gear for the "Gray Man"! I just wished they would use brighter colors on the inside. Hidden Woodsman gets it!
Excellent video!!!

Kevin Knight alittle more hahaha its 220 bucks for a day bag.... get a grey jansport for 30 bucks .

Nice stuff.
cool, maxipedition is great gear
I like maxpedition.. but these features are all my vertx packs that I've had for years. I'll stick with my Vertx.
PTFAZ2011 Vertx is on a whole other level! I just wish they had the product selection that Maxpedition has... though I would probably be broke if they did!
Feels like Maxpedition has fallen behind in recent years. Too expensive too.
Vanquest is still pricey but they take what maxpedition does and improves on it, so at least it is a better project for roughly the same price
Vertx is on a whole other level! Especially when it comes to covert bags!

Mad respect, but used Fast Forward way to much in this clip, understand you have limited if any time to edit. Thanks for content this year!
Chris Loew Yeah, I totally agree but its on Tim, not Shane.

Grey man. Nice love it
How big would you say your channel needs to be to get Shot Show clearance
I don't know exactly. Personally, I waited till I was at around 70K subs, but lots of smaller channels get in easily.
I like it.
So it has to literally be grey?

Ill keep my CAMELBAK Quantico. The gear organization is strange on these.
sorry, i'm burping
So Maxpedition basically has nothing exciting anymore to offer
Two words ..vertex and vertex!
Single shoulder/cross body bags/packs are the worst thing for your shoulders/neck/back.... that's why they are not used in the military.
Those are some ugly packs.....looks like something you would get from the luggage department at Sears or JCPenny.
They are going to definitely notice you all right.....they will notice it’s but ugly.
Evocati Yeah OK!!! They can make a pack look not so tactical without the 80’s pattern.
Those packs stand out to me, trying too hard to look like nothing.
Anybody who is wearing a backpack is automatically attracting attention to themselves it literally doesn't matter anymore that sales pitch is so outdated.
Second!
First!
ugliest bag I've ever seen!
nothing covert about a backpack in urban areas ? hahaha is he a salesman? if a terrorist gets ahold of this tech were doomed?
