I have dealt with this problem for years and years, and many members of my family. Some of us recognized it and took steps to remedy, or at least cope with this problem, which is huge in my family. The therapy and the medications were life-saving. However, there is NO CURE for mental illness, only treatment. I have never resorted to violence, or insults, or anything close to what some of these people do. And I GREW UP IN HARLEM, in the 60s! I experienced the riots after MLK was killed, saw really crazy shit, the police brutality, the insanity of it all, and, thank God, I survived it. But, this woman, from Jersey, Jewish, and who grew up as a middle-class citizen, has NO EXCUSE whatsoever for the things she does. If she is mentally ill, then she should get help. After all, she is rich!

I have my own depression, anxiety and anger control issues. I have to REALLY monitor my own speech patterns and the expression of my view points. I am very self aware about that. I don't think Roseanne is self aware. I have learned to self edit. Roseanne doesn't self edit. Just spews it all out there. So does Trump.
