Best make sure static velocity and design are right first. This is a total nightmare to deal with when it's not.
Just from an added insulation perspective, do you know how much more R-value your foam spray adds to flexible ductwork? (Which, I believe, should have its own R-value of R-8 if over 3" if following code)
